Job Summary

The Call Flow Specialist 1 is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of business processes by managing and submitting invoices for billing.

Essential Functions

• Scrub calls for billing purposes.
  

• Create and submit AFQs.
  

• Submit invoices to customers through TPS, mail, and other applicable channels.
  

• Review calls from prior days to ensure completion.
  

• Close calls in TPS.
  

• Manage TPS invoice rejections and approvals.
  

• Gather missing documentation from field personnel as needed for billing purposes.
  

• Submit invoices to Account Managers for review, as specified in the Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  

Other Functions

• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

• One or more years of experience as a quoter or expeditor in the HVAC/R industry is a plus.
  

• Good computer proficiency.
  

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  

• HVAC/R industry knowledge or experience is preferred.
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  

• Good customer service and phone skills, with the flexibility to handle a wide range of activities.
  

• Experience in data entry for the accurate processing of invoices and payment runs.
  

• Self-motivated and able to work well with others.
  

• Demonstrates effective time management skills.
  

• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
