We operate within the leadership education and professional development sector, working with individuals who are looking to create meaningful personal and professional change.

This is a remote, independent opportunity suited to experienced professionals who are confident communicating with people, building relationships and following a structured marketing and client engagement process.

You’ll work with established digital systems and proven processes to generate interest, connect with prospective clients, conduct professional conversations and guide people through an established information process.

The role combines elements of digital marketing, client acquisition, business development and consultative sales, with a strong focus on relationship building rather than high-pressure selling.

Many people begin alongside their current career or business commitments, working approximately 15–20 hours per week, and expand as results develop.

It is best suited to someone comfortable taking responsibility for their own activity and results.

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing, business development, sales, client acquisition or relationship management
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone or Zoom
Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
Willing to follow a structured marketing and client engagement process
Comfortable with a performance-based income structure
Able to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week
Confident using digital tools and online communication platforms
Interested in ongoing professional and leadership development
Applicants must be based in the USA
