Hiring: AVP – Sales | Life Sciences Technology

We are looking for an AVP – Sales for an exciting opportunity with a growing Life Sciences technology business.

? Location: Bengaluru | Hybrid
? Experience: 7+ years
? Role: Enterprise Sales | Individual Contributor | Hunter / New Logo
? CTC: ₹25–28 LPA + performance-linked incentives
✈️ Travel: Regular travel across India
⏱️ Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred

? What we're looking for
Strong B2B Enterprise Sales experience
Medical / Life Sciences / Pharma experience is mandatory
Proven experience selling technology / SaaS solutions to Pharma, Biotech, CRO, MedTech or other regulated healthcare organisations
Strong new-logo acquisition / hunting experience
Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as Quality, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, CIO/CTO, Procurement and Business leaders
Experience with QMS, eQMS, validation, regulatory technology, pharmacovigilance, compliance, healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS will be highly relevant
Strong consultative selling, pipeline building and end-to-end deal closure experience

This is an individual-contributor sales role, so we are specifically looking for a commercially driven hunter who can build the market and acquire new enterprise customers.
