Leadership Development & Client Growth Consultant – Remote

This is a remote position.

We are seeking experienced professionals who are looking for greater flexibility, independence and the opportunity to build income based on their own results.

This is a remote, independent, performance-based opportunity within the leadership education sector. You’ll work with established systems, digital resources and a global organisation while developing your own client growth and leadership activities.

The role may suit someone with experience in leadership, business development, client engagement, marketing or relationship building who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their results.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in leadership, business development, sales, marketing or client engagement
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Able to dedicate approximately 15–20 hours per week
Comfortable with a performance-based income structure
Willing to learn and follow established systems and processes
Based in the United States
