What You'll Do:
🎯 The Chief Legal Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization's legal strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing expert legal counsel to senior leadership. The role requires extensive experience in corporate law, a strong understanding of data privacy regulations, and the ability to effectively manage legal risks while supporting business objectives.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from either ADMU, UP or San Beda University
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience as corporate/general counsel
✅ Must have strong background and/or understanding  data privacy laws
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
