🔎 About the Role

Our One‑Product‑One‑Code (OPOC) platform assigns a unique digital code to every product unit. Brands, especially in FMCG, use it for anti‑counterfeit verification, supply‑chain traceability, and consumer engagement campaigns.

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead to deploy, integrate, and support the platform for clients in the Philippines. This is a pioneer position — you’ll be the first technical hire locally, the go‑to person for clients, and the foundation of the technical team we plan to build.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery: manage implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live.

• Deploy and configure: set up the platform on Linux servers, Docker, and AWS.

• Integrate systems: connect the platform to ERP, MES, WMS, and membership systems via APIs.

• Configure business layer: manage code libraries, coding rules, and campaign features.

• Maintain systems: monitoring, backups, performance checks, and incident resolution.

• Document and train: prepare plans, logs, test reports, and user manuals; train client teams.

• Act as local technical voice: coordinate with headquarters product/engineering teams.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.

• 3–6 years in system implementation, IT operations, or technical support.

• Hands‑on experience in at least one client implementation from setup to go‑live.

• Proven ownership of projects or acting as main technical contact for clients.

• Fluent in English and Tagalog (spoken and written). Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

• Willing to travel frequently to client sites nationwide and to China for onboarding training.

🛠 Technical Skills (hands‑on level expected)

• Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu/Rocky) administration

• Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)

• Web servers (Nginx/Tomcat) setup and troubleshooting

• REST API integration and testing

• Scripting (Shell/Python) for automation

• Docker basics; AWS familiarity (EC2, RDS, S3)

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)

• Documentation: clear English implementation plans and user guides

🌟 Nice to Have

• Industry experience in OPOC, anti‑counterfeit, traceability, QR‑code marketing, SaaS, or FMCG.

• Integration with ERP/MES/WMS systems (SAP, Kingdee, Yonyou).

• Certifications (RHCSA/RHCE, AWS Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect).

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency.

• Experience mentoring or coordinating a small technical team.
