Summary

We are seeking a dynamic AI/ML – Innovation Engineer to spearhead the integration of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities

• Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models and predictive algorithms to optimize automotive engineering processes and system performance.
  
• Lead initiatives in Generative AI and telematics to improve vehicle diagnostics and drive predictive maintenance strategies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply Computer-Aided Design (CAD/CAE) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles within AI-driven frameworks.
  
• Conduct in-depth analysis of warranty data and telematics streams to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  
• Drive the intellectual property strategy by developing patents and technical documentation related to innovative AI/ML applications in the automotive domain.
  
• Utilize Python and other relevant programming languages to build scalable software solutions that support automotive systems and aftersales operations.
  
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation in the IT and automotive sectors.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related data science fields.
  
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and core machine learning libraries for model development and deployment.
  
• Exhibit a solid background in predictive modeling, with specific experience in applying these techniques to automotive engineering or systems.
  
• Show familiarity with CAD/CAE tools and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) concepts to effectively integrate AI solutions into physical product lifecycles.
  
• Have proven expertise in areas such as Generative AI, Telematics, Vehicle Diagnostics, and Warranty Analytics.
  
• Display a track record of contributing to Patent/IP Development through technical innovation and documentation.
  
• Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive industry landscape, including systems architecture and aftersales service dynamics.
