About Company: Our client is a reputable firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with its Head Office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The firm provides professional estate surveying and valuation services to individuals, businesses, and other clients, and is seeking an experienced Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join its team.

Job Objective: The successful candidate will support the firm's valuation, agency, property advisory, and other professional estate surveying activities.

The role requires someone with strong technical knowledge, good client management skills, and the ability to independently handle assigned property briefs and deliver quality professional reports.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Conduct property inspections, valuations, market research, and prepare professional valuation reports.

§ Handle property agency assignments, including property sourcing, marketing, inspections, and client coordination.

§ Support the acquisition and management of new property briefs and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

§ Conduct property and market research to support valuation, agency, and advisory assignments.

§ Prepare relevant reports, documentation, and correspondence for clients and internal use.

§ Monitor assigned property briefs and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

Support business development activities and contribute to generating new valuation and agency briefs

Requirements

§ Bachelor's degree in Estate Management is required.

§ Minimum of 4 years' post-NYSC experience in Estate Surveying and Valuation.

§ Good practical knowledge of property valuation and agency practice.

§ Experience preparing valuation reports and handling property assignments independently.

§ Strong understanding of the Lagos property market will be an advantage.

§ Good command of English, both written and spoken.

§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general ICT tools.

§ Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and client management skills.

§ Professional membership/qualification with NIESV/ESVARBON will be an advantage.

Benefits

Compensation: ₦300,000 Net Monthly + Commission on Sourced Briefs, and other interesting benefits
