This is a senior Project Director / Project Manager (No.1 on site) role for a large-scale data center project in Dubai, with construction due to start in August 2026. They want someone who has: Delivered data center projects from start to finish. Previously acted as the No.1 site leader (overall project lead) You must have a STRONG understanding of: Construction logistics Commissioning and handover Project programming/scheduling CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) works MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems

Mandatory criteria Before applying, you should be able to demonstrate: ? Major data center delivery experience from inception to completion ? Previous No.1 project leadership experience ? Construction-related technical/educational background ? Strong client-facing and leadership skills ? Availability to start before mid-August 2026 ?
