Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by ensuring smooth order processing, customer coordination, sales reporting, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and strong coordination abilities to help achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and customers for order processing

✔ Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and sales reports

✔ Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery

✔ Maintain customer records, sales data, and MIS reports

✔ Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams

✔ Monitor inventory availability and order fulfillment

✔ Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally

✔ Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets

✔ Maintain accurate documentation and CRM/ERP updates
