Technical Solution Implementation Consultant

Job Purpose:

Ricoh is seeking a Solution Consultant to join its Digital Services team. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business requirements and technical execution, acting as a technology solution architect to translate complex business requirements into practical, operational systems for enterprise clients.

This position requires a balanced skill set, allocating approximately 40% of your focus to business consulting, presales, and business analysis (BA), and 60% to hands-on solution implementation, with a primary focus on the Microsoft Power Platform & No-Code ECM

Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Consulting & Pre-sales Analysis (40%)
•     Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze existing business workflows, and identify optimal areas for digital transformation and automation.
•     Solution Design: Design effective app architectures and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform components to meet specific client needs.
•     Presales Support: Assist the team in demonstrating platform capabilities, rapidly building Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using Power Apps/Power Automate, and addressing client business inquiries
System Deployment & Implementation (60%)
•     Workflow Development: Design business and system workflows. Utilize Power Automate or ECM Platform to implement business process flows.
•     System Configuration: Set up environments, manage data structures, and ensure strict adherence to the Technical Design Document. Optimize processing logic to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient system operation.
•     Integration & Scripting: Perform integration of the Microsoft Power Platform or ECM Platform with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) via iPaaS Connectors, REST API, and Webhooks. Write utility scripts (e.g., XML, JSON) for data processing or feature extension as required.
•     Quality Assurance & Technical Support: Conduct System Tests before handover and thoroughly resolve technical issues during the implementation phase (UAT) and live operations (Go-live).

Requirements

1. Education & Experience
•     Bachelor's/associate’s degree in IT, Management Information Systems, or Electronics and Telecommunications.
•     1-3 years of experience in software or system implementation.
2. Core Skills (Consulting & Technical)
•     Microsoft Power Platform: Proven hands-on experience in building business solutions using MS Power Apps and Power Automate. Familiarity with Microsoft 3. Dataverse and SharePoint Online.
•     Business Analysis: Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and translating user needs into technical specifications.
•     System Implementation: Solid foundational knowledge and understanding of how software systems are deployed and structured in enterprise environments.
4. Soft Skills & Mindset
•     Problem-solving: Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues.
•     Mindset: Careful, meticulous, process-compliant, and highly responsible for the delivered product.
•     Language: Good English reading and comprehension skills for technical documentation (Good verbal communication is a significant advantage).
