We are seeking a polished, articulate, and highly organized Sales Assistant & Receptionist to manage our front office and support the sales team in our Dubai office. Front Office & Reception • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and incoming communications • Maintain a welcoming, professional reception environment at all times • Manage the front desk including visitor sign-in, meeting room preparation, and daily office readiness • Serve coffee, refreshments, and light hospitality to visiting clients and internal management Sales Support & Lead Filtering • Answer all incoming calls with professionalism; screen, route, and take accurate call notes • Qualify and filter inbound enquiries, capturing lead details and directing them to the appropriate sales team member • Log and maintain lead information accurately in the CRM system • Follow up on basic client enquiries and assist with scheduling appointments for the sales team Administrative Support • Provide general administrative support to the sales and management team • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and office supplies • Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms and materials for client presentations • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry as required

Experience & Education • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, sales support, or hospitality role • Experience in a Real Estate Business, Professional services, Citizenship by Investment services, or corporate environment is a plus • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred Skills & Competencies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; warm, professional telephone manner • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM systems • Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential client information • Well-groomed and presented to a high professional standard at all times Language Requirements • Native or near-native fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Polish, or another Eastern European language — essential • Fluent English (spoken and written) — required for all client-facing and internal communication • Additional languages such as any Eastern European or Arabic are advantageous
