The pay

• $20/hour during paid training while you learn our system
  
• Then move to uncapped commission — your income is driven by your effort, not a salary cap
  
• Typical first year: $40,000–$60,000. Top performers: $80,000–$120,000+
  

What you'll do

• Talk to homeowners in the field about solar, roofing, windows, and more
  
• Set qualified appointments for our closing team
  
• Learn a proven pitch and sales process from day one
  
• Hit daily and weekly activity goals
