About the Role

A System Administrator supports the day-to-day operation of the organization’s IT systems. The
role involves assisting with server and system maintenance, basic troubleshooting, monitoring
system performance, and helping ensure data security and backups. This position is ideal for
someone looking to build hands-on experience while working closely with senior IT staff and
internal teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure
● Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
● Install, configure, and update hardware and software
● Ensure system security, backups, and data integrity
● Coordinate with internal teams and provide technical support

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience as a System Admin or similar role
● Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking
● Good communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
