A&P Mechanic — 5+ Years Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The A&P Mechanic will perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and component replacement on aircraft and aircraft systems in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, company procedures, and approved technical data.

Requirements

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate — required.

5+ years of professional aircraft maintenance experience.

Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and FAA regulations.

Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to accurately document maintenance activities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime as required.
