Job Description: ? Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. ? Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing methods. ? Partner closely with leadership teams to drive hiring strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives. ? Manage recruitment analytics, ATS systems, hiring KPIs, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced growth environment Qualifications: ? European nationals, aged 40 years old and below ? Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of experience related to Recruitment ? Must be highly organized, energetic, proactive, smart, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. ? With proven background in high-volume and strategic hiring and must have experience in recruitment tools and portals (using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
