Leadership & Professional Development Consultant – Remote

This is a remote, independent and performance-based opportunity within the leadership education sector. You’ll work with established systems, digital education programs and ongoing professional training while developing relationships with people who are exploring growth and change in their own working lives.

There are no fixed office hours or traditional salary structure. Instead, you manage your own schedule, follow a proven process and build your results through your own activity and performance.

This could particularly appeal to someone who has spent years working with people — perhaps in leadership, management, consulting, learning and development, client engagement or business development — and feels ready to use that experience in a different way.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Professional experience in leadership, management, consulting, training, client engagement or business development
  
• Comfortable speaking with professionals and asking thoughtful questions
  
• Self-directed, organised and able to manage your own time
  
• Willing to learn and work with established systems and processes
  
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
  
• Based in Australia
