Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can understand business problems, gather clear requirements, and work closely with technical teams to turn those requirements into practical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Convert requirements into user stories, use cases, and clear functional requirements.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the development cycle.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and clarify requirements when needed.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and supporting documentation where required.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, demos, and UAT.
• Track requirement changes and ensure everyone stays aligned.
• Support the team in resolving functional questions and requirement-related blockers.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software/technology environment.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
• Familiarity with process-mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• A technical mindset and willingness to understand how software products work.
• Having experience with Smartsheet would be a plus.
