Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an In-House Sales Executive. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth through the strategic promotion and sale of credit card and loan products directly to customers. The ideal candidate will leverage their foundational experience in financial sales to build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored financial solutions that align with both client goals and organizational targets.

Responsibilities

Actively solicit and secure new business opportunities for credit card and loan products within the designated market.

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend appropriate financial products that meet customer requirements.

Guide prospective clients through the entire application and approval process, ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in the company database.

Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product features, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of proven experience in sales, specifically within the credit card or lending sector.
Strong understanding of financial products, including interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive sales targets and manage a high-volume pipeline effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
Ability to work independently in an in-house environment while maintaining high professional standards.
