Position Title: Planning Manager – High Rise Residential Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Competitive all-inclusive package depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Job Description: ? Lead the review and alignment of subcontractor, supplier, and contractor programs—ensuring seamless coordination of long-lead procurement and interdependent project packages within a master schedule that drives on-time delivery. ? Monitor and analyse schedule performance using advanced “what-if” and time-impact analyses to identify risks early, implement corrective measures, and safeguard key milestones and deadlines. ? Oversee the evaluation of EOT and disruption claims through data-driven delay analysis, facilitating transparent coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve timely resolutions. ? Deliver executive-level progress reports, maintain meticulous project documentation, and issue performance or delay notices to uphold accountability, quality, and schedule integrity across all phases.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution. ? Strong Dubai experience, including at least 5 years with developers or leading contractors, delivering large-scale construction projects. ? Expert user of Primavera P6 with solid planning, scheduling, coordination, and project control skills. ? Excellent communicator with a strong understanding of construction best practices, UAE regulations, and successful project delivery.
