About the role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Russian speaking Associate Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. You will assist in overseeing the management of sales functions in CIS, West Africa and North Africa by implementing sales strategies for diverse regional markets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
About the requirements
Ideal candidates should possess expertise in:
- Effective sales functional strategies and competitive sales promotion strategies.
- Sales forecasting.
- Analyzing competitor information and benchmarking to maintain a competitive market position.
- Very good communication skills in English; fluency in Russian language is an essential for the ideal candidate.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Management or equivalent is required.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Management or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proper leadership and team management skills are essential.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is crucial.
- Proven skills in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market, and to guide product and marketing decisions.
- Regional knowledge of the consumer electronics market and related product categories.
- Experience in sales within diverse industries and markets is highly desirable.
