Opportunity Warehouse Packing & Dry-Side Packing Operatives

ROLE OVERVIEW & DUAL POSITION TRACKS

Stormberg Foods is a leading food manufacturing and packaging enterprise. The company is hiring full-time packing operatives

across two vital operational units: General Warehouse Packing and Dry-Side Food Processing/Packaging. These positions

ensure that consumer-ready packaged goods meet stringent FDA/USDA food safety and quality standards.

Track A:Warehouse Packing

Receive palletized finished goods from production

lines.

Operate box taping machines, shrink wrappers, and

banding tools.

Stack boxes neatly on standard pallets according to

height & weight configuration patterns.

Label outgoing pallets with accurate SKU tags, lot

numbers, and shipping manifests.

Maintain warehouse staging lanes and staging

cleanliness.

Track B: Dry-Side Packing

Work on active conveyor packaging lines for dry

food items.

Inspect food product visually for quality, consistency,

and foreign material defects.

Fill, weigh, seal, and verify individual retail

packaging units.

Strictly observe Good Manufacturing Practices

(GMP) and sanitary clean room standards.

Assist in routine line changeovers and end-of-shift

sanitization.

Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing and packaging plant environment.

Ability to stand on feet for prolonged periods (8–10 hour shifts) with repetitive manual dexterity tasks.

Ability to lift cartons and inventory weighing 30–50 lbs regularly.

High dedication to workplace safety, hygienic manufacturing standards, and team collaboration.

No prior specialized manufacturing experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
