SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant (Pharma)

Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management modules. This role is pivotal for driving end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing complex supply chain processes, including material requirements planning, serialization, and tracking of controlled substances, to support the unique demands of the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive end-to-end implementation projects tailored for the pharmaceutical domain.
  
• Manage and configure core SAP S/4HANA modules, specifically Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  
• Oversee specialized processes related to Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) or Warehouse Management (WM).
  
• Implement and maintain serialization and Track & Trace solutions to ensure product authenticity and regulatory adherence.
  
• Design and optimize workflows for DEA-controlled substance handling to meet strict legal and safety standards.
  
• Provide expert consultation on aligning business processes with SAP best practices within the pharma context.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in IT services, with a strong focus on SAP solutions.
  
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM, including MRP configurations and execution.
  
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with PP/DS, EWM/WM, and serialization technologies.
  
• Track record of successfully delivering end-to-end pharmaceutical implementation projects.
  
• In-depth knowledge of DEA-controlled substance processes and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Proficiency in managing complex supply chain operations and integrating various SAP modules.
