Graphic Designer (Offshore / Remote)

This is a remote position.

An established group of Australian hospitality venues is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to manage the day-to-day design needs across its portfolio of hospitality venues. Each brand has its own identity, so the role needs someone who can confidently work across different design styles and tones while keeping each brand consistent.

Key responsibilities:

• Create weekly posters, promotions and marketing artwork across print, digital and social formats
• Design and maintain food, beverage and event menus
• Build, update and maintain venue websites using Squarespace and WordPress
• Manage website content and integrations, including interactive menus, online ordering and links with platforms such as Uber Eats
• Produce venue collateral including signage, flyers, promotional material and other branded assets
• Maintain and develop existing brand identities across all touchpoints
• Develop branding and creative direction for new venue concepts
• Design branded items including uniforms, merchandise, packaging and custom products
• Prepare artwork and production files for printers, signwriters and suppliers
• Maintain a clear and organised Google Drive filing system for all design work, including editable source files, assets and final artwork, so the wider team has ongoing access to current files

What is on offer:

• PHP 50,000 to 60,000 per month, depending on experience
• Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine time with a one hour lunch break
• Work from home
• Initial 1 to 2 month freelancer trial, then full time employment with benefits through Australian Pathways OPC, the legal employer for this role
• Ongoing work across a portfolio of Australian hospitality venues, each with its own brand

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, or equivalent professional software
• Proficiency in Squarespace and WordPress, with the ability to confidently manage website content, layouts, integrations and ongoing updates
• A good understanding of typography, layout, print and digital design, with the ability to manage multiple projects across several brands
• Strong organisation and file management is essential. Design files should be structured, clearly named and accessible to the wider business through Google Drive
• Most importantly, the ability to understand and work within the individual look, feel and tone of each venue in the group rather than applying the same design style across the group

Technical requirements:

• Own computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite, and a stable internet connection
• Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine time
• A portfolio of recent work, including examples of website work in Squarespace or WordPress
