Role Overview

As an Insurance Agent at AP Insurance, you will be empowered to manage the entire sales cycle independently. From initiating contact with potential clients to guiding them through the selection process and closing deals, you will be the primary point of contact. This role is designed for individuals who excel at building rapport and trust over phone and video, and who are eager to learn and master the insurance industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with prospective clients via phone and video calls to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products and coverage.
• Clearly explain complex insurance policies, benefits, and terms to clients in an understandable manner.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial lead generation through to policy closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage appointments, and document client interactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential, with expected annual earnings ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 USD, driven by your sales performance and commission earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a personal vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a mobile device with cellular data.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for clear interaction across phone, video, and email.
