Production and Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Production and Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are met to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production plans to optimize manufacturing efficiency. - Monitor production processes and equipment performance for continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous inspections. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and process enhancements. - Maintain accurate production and quality documentation and reports. - Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in production and quality control within a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools such as ISO standards and Six Sigma. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
