Position: French Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: 100% On-site

Duties and responsibilities:

Provide customer support via inbound calls, chats and emails to Level 1 contacts
Explain winnings to bettors
Manage user accounts and assist with login issues
Identify and escalate issues appropriately
Write clear, accurate responses and customize prepared templates for customer communications

Requirements

Native or C2 level French
High school diploma
Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving
EU citizenship
Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon
Available for on-site work in Santos, Lisbon, on rotational shifts
