FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Functional Analyst

Requirement: At least 1 FA resource (English-speaking is fine; French is not mandatory)

Analysis

• Gather and understand business requirements (BRA / BRD documents)
  
• Assess IT architecture impacts (different system/application landscape)
  
• Define functional and system requirements (User Stories in Agile, SRA/SRS/FRD in a waterfall way)
  
• Ensure communication and validation of requirements
  

Testing

• Define the testing strategy
  
• Prepare test plans
  
• Create test cases
  
• Execute testing
  
• Monitor and manage testing execution
  
• Provide reporting
  

Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage.

Other specifics (not all mandatory)

• Experience with data projects
  
• Strong SQL skills
  
• Good understanding of data models, relationships, and data catalog
  
• Fund distribution and asset management knowledge
  

Assignment details

• Start date: ASAP
  
• Duration: at least until year-end and early next year (possibility of extension)
