Head of Manufacturing

Position Title: Head of Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 30,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah About the Client: A leading Plastic Packaging Manufacturer based in Sharjah, serving FMCG and pharmaceutical industries. Job Description: • Lead all manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and plant operations across multiple production sites. • Drive Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, waste reduction, process standardization, and operational excellence initiatives. • Lead SAP manufacturing digitization, automation projects, capacity expansion, and operational transformation programs. • Manage full operational P&L while building high-performance teams, strengthening compliance, and supporting business growth.

• At least 10 years of experience in senior roles in manufacturing with total experience of 15 years and above • Strong background in Rigid Plastic Packaging Manufacturing with proven multi-site manufacturing leadership experience. • Experience in ISBM, Two-Stage, EBM, and Injection Molding (IM) manufacturing • Strong Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, OEE expertise and SAP manufacturing digitization experience
