Full-Time Nanny for Infant Twins – Sandy Springs, GA

Dream Nannies is seeking a nurturing, organized, and energetic nanny for a wonderful family with infant twin boys! The ideal candidate will have infant experience and a passion for helping babies grow through tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing, outdoor walks, and developmental activities. One baby was born with a cleft lip and will undergo surgery around 10 weeks of age, so the family is looking for someone comfortable supporting his feeding needs and open to additional training.

Responsibilities include bottle feeding, maintaining nap routines, preparing baby food and snacks, washing bottles, children's laundry, and light housekeeping related to the children. Both dads work from home at times and value strong communication, flexibility, and frequent updates. The family is looking for someone positive, proactive, and open-minded who enjoys outdoor play and creating a loving, educational environment. Swimming ability is required, and the family will provide water-safety training if needed.

Schedule: 3 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM, through February 1, transitioning to 4 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM.2
