About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll help customers throughout the insurance sales process—from the first conversation through presenting coverage options and completing the sale.

You'll interact with customers in a retail environment while also following up with prospective clients and developing new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Welcome Customers: Create a friendly and professional experience for customers visiting the agency.

• Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with customers while learning about their individual needs.

• Understand Their Needs: Ask questions and listen carefully to identify appropriate insurance solutions.

• Present Options: Explain coverage options clearly and help customers understand their choices.

• Close Sales: Guide customers through the application process and work toward completing new policies.

• Follow Up: Stay connected with leads and prospects to develop relationships and create additional sales opportunities.

• Manage Customer Information: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activity.

• Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to agency goals.

• Continue Learning: Develop your insurance knowledge and sales skills through training and hands-on experience.

Compensation

$55,000–$85,000 Annual Earning Potential

This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with significant earning potential based on individual performance.

As you develop your insurance knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationships, you'll have opportunities to increase your earnings and grow within the agency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must have a reliable mobile device with cellular data.

• Must have reliable home internet access.

• Must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance license.

• Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment.
