Placement Manager

We are looking for a Placement Manager to manage student placements, build relationships with companies, and support students in finding suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete placement process for students.
  

• Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
  

• Identify and coordinate suitable job opportunities for students with recruiters.
  

• Understand student profiles and match them with suitable job opportunities.
  

• Guide to students regarding job opportunities and interview preparation.
  

• Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement activities.
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience specifically in student placements / placement management.
  

• Experience in EdTech, Education, Training Institutes, or Academies is preferred.
  

• Must have experience handling student placements and connecting students with companies'/job opportunities.
  

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  

• Ability to work with students as well as companies.
  

• Target - oriented and good at managing multiple activities.
