Role Overview

As an Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative at Launch Financial, you will be at the forefront of connecting with potential clients through virtual channels. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn and excel in a full-cycle sales process, managing client relationships from initial contact through to closing the deal. You will leverage your communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on managing the entire sales cycle for pre-qualified leads. This includes:

• Conducting engaging virtual appointments via phone and video calls.
• Building strong rapport and trust with clients, even without in-person interaction.
• Proactively identifying client needs and financial goals.
• Clearly explaining product benefits and value propositions.
• Effectively addressing client questions and overcoming objections.
• Guiding clients through the application and closing process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
• Managing your sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful representatives can expect to earn between $80,000 and $400,000 annually, directly tied to performance and sales achievements. Your drive and ability to close deals will directly influence your income.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction across phone, video, and email.
• The ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a sales pipeline end-to-end.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.

• Professionalism in all client interactions.
