Finishing Works Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Works Foreman to oversee and coordinate all finishing stages of construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with safety standards while managing a dedicated team of finishing trades. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate finishing works including painting, flooring, tiling, and plastering to ensure quality and efficiency. - Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines. - Manage and lead finishing teams, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve set goals. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues promptly. - Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site. - Conduct inspections and quality control to maintain high standards throughout all finishing phases. - Prepare reports on work progress, labor needs, and materials usage. - Coordinate procurement and delivery of finishing materials as per project requirements.

- Proven 3 Years experience as Finishing Works Foreman or similar role in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of finishing works including painting, tiling, flooring, and plastering techniques. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse workforce. - Good understanding of safety practices and regulations in construction environments. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Valid UAE driving license and willingness to work in Dubai.
