Position Title: Admin Assistant – Travel and Tourism Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company benefits Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: Job Description: - Handle daily administrative and office support tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, correspondence, and providing excellent customer service and communication support. - Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and company documents; assist in data entry and updating company systems. - Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments; schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required. - Maintain proper filing systems and records, support management with operational and administrative tasks, and monitor office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications: - Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to multitask and work independently. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional attitude and appearance - Well-organized with strong attention to detail; experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is an advantage.
