Note: Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is a required skill for this role due to the nature of supplier communications and stakeholder engagement.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow, budgeting, credit control, import costing, and the accounts team. The role reports to the COO and CEO.

Requirements

CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualification.
At least 5 years’ experience in trading, distribution, or import businesses.
Strong Odoo or similar ERP system skills.
Good knowledge of Kenyan statutory and tax requirements.
Experience in foreign-currency transactions and import landed costs.
Hindi or Gujarati speaking skills preferred for effective communication with business owners and key suppliers.
