Recruitment Executive (Open to fresh graduates)

As a Recruitment Executive, you’ll work alongside our consultants to connect talented candidates with Singapore-based clients. Build your skills in talent sourcing and candidate engagement while gaining practical exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. ✨

What You'll Do:

🎯Source and identify talent through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.

📝Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.

📄Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability.

🤝Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

📝Keep candidates informed and engaged by providing timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring journey.

📊Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.

🗣️Build strong relationships with candidates while delivering a positive and seamless recruitment experience.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

✅ Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
