Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform repairs according to repair orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while following manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle issues based on customer complaints and inspection findings.
• Document completed repairs and recommended services.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and technical development events.
• Install optional equipment as requested.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Previous professional automotive shop experience is mandatory.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in using automotive shop tools and equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, professional work ethic, and customer-service focus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing and a background check.

Additional Information

Hourly compensation depends on automotive experience and Honda training level.

Candidates must have prior automotive shop experience.
