About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning and initiation through final completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate daily field activities with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project costs, timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Review and maintain project documentation, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Identify project risks, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead project progress meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure projects meet established objectives.
• Travel occasionally to job sites or client locations as required.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction scheduling tools.
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with estimating software is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Spartanburg, SC, with occasional travel as needed.
