What You'll Do

• Welcome Customers: Greet walk-in customers and create a friendly, professional experience.

• Build Relationships: Connect with customers, ask questions, and understand their insurance needs.

• Learn Our Products: Develop knowledge of our insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.

• Recommend Solutions: Explain coverage clearly and help customers identify options that fit their needs.

• Manage the Sales Process: Guide customers from the initial conversation through the application and purchase process.

• Follow Up: Stay connected with prospects and customers to build lasting relationships and identify additional opportunities.

• Work as a Team: Collaborate with your teammates and contribute to shared sales goals.

• Stay Organized: Accurately maintain customer information, sales activity, and required documentation.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Mobile device

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earning potential: 40,000–75,000 annually, based on performance.
