Contact Center Agent – Arabic & English Speaker
Location: Al Ain, UAE

Employment: Full-Time

We are seeking a customer-focused professional fluent in Arabic and English to deliver service across voice and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp inquiries.
  
• Book, amend, cancel, and follow up on appointments.
  
• Provide service information, resolve inquiries, and escalate issues.
  
• Maintain CRM records and protect confidentiality.
  
• Meet quality, attendance, productivity, handling time, and customer satisfaction targets.
  

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory.
  
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  
• At least one year of customer service or contact center experience preferred.
  
• Strong communication, listening, typing, computer, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage situations professionally and work under pressure.
  
• Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred; multichannel support experience advantageous.
