About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional at Capital Growth Group, you will own the complete sales process. This means you'll be responsible for initiating contact, conducting discovery calls, presenting quotes, and ultimately closing deals. You'll leverage your expertise to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role offers the structure of an in-office environment for collaboration and training, balanced with the autonomy to manage your pipeline effectively from your dedicated workspace.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Conduct discovery calls, generate quotes, and close sales using phone and video conferencing tools.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to final deal closure.
• Utilize office days for team collaboration, training sessions, and deal reviews to enhance your skills and strategy.
• Dedicate home-based work time to focused pipeline management and client engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Continuously refine your sales approach to meet and exceed performance targets.

Your Earning Potential

This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential. Successful agents can expect to earn between $96,000 and $720,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between performance and reward. Your drive and ability to connect with clients will directly impact your success and income.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A valid Driver's License.
• A personal vehicle for transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• A mobile device with cellular data capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills across phone, video, and written mediums, with the ability to build strong rapport without in-person interaction.
• The organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and work rhythms, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
• Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline from end-to-end.
• A proactive and self-directed approach to sales.
• A Life and Health Insurance license is required for this position.
