Require a COMPLIANCE – REGULATORY AFFAIRS OFFICER in Harare

• Monitor and interpret evolving financial regulations and compliance standards to ensure organizational alignment.
  
• Develop, implement, and update internal policies and procedures to maintain adherence to legal requirements.
  
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance gaps or regulatory breaches.
  
• Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on regulatory matters and facilitate training programs.
  
• Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to relevant authorities within mandated timelines.
  
• Investigate any incidents of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience within the financial services sector, specifically in compliance or regulatory affairs.
  
• Proven track record of managing regulatory relationships and ensuring adherence to complex financial laws.
  
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in Zimbabwe and relevant international financial standards.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal texts and apply them to business operations.
  
• High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
  
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
