Senior MEP Coordinator

- Coordinate MEP services across all disciplines — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection — on high-rise projects - Manage BIM/clash detection processes and drive resolution of coordination issues with all parties - Review MEP subcontractor shop drawings, submittals, and method statements for compliance - Chair and attend MEP coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and the client - Track MEP programme milestones, manage submission registers, and flag risks to the PM team - Act as the central interface between MEP subcontractors and the main contractor delivery team

- Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering - 8+ years' experience in MEP coordination, with recent senior-level responsibility - Currently based in the UAE — no relocation candidates - UAE main contractor experience is mandatory - Proven high-rise MEP coordination experience across multiple disciplines - Proficient in Navisworks, Revit MEP, or equivalent BIM coordination tools - Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously
