Package Consultant – SAP Fieldglass

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant to lead the implementation and management of the SAP Fieldglass platform within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing contingent workforce and services procurement strategies, ensuring seamless integration with core SAP ecosystems like Ariba and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in data requirements, connector functionality, and Agile methodologies to drive successful rollout, testing, and ongoing production support, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and workforce agility.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, and system optimization to meet specific business needs.
  
• Manage the full lifecycle of testing, rollout, and production support for contingent workforce solutions.
  
• Utilize Agile and SAP Activate methodologies to streamline project delivery and system enhancements.
  
• Oversee Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement processes, including Statement of Work (SOW) management.
  
• Monitor and maintain Worker Profile Tracking to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  
• Facilitate robust integration between SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA to ensure unified data flow.
  
• Analyze data requirements and configure connector functionality to support complex procurement scenarios.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT Services, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.
  
• Proven track record in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, and support.
  
• Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks and SAP Activate methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement (SOW).
  
• Solid understanding of data requirements, connector functionality, and system integrations.
  
• Experience in testing, rollout strategies, and providing production support for enterprise systems.
  
• Familiarity with integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA environments.
