The Administrative & Procurement Assistant is the organizational anchor of our office/campus. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a structured, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment. You will wear multiple hats—acting as the central point of contact for vendor management, keeping our digital and physical data meticulously organized, and ensuring daily office operations run like clockwork. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a role where they can establish order and support a growing team.

Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Admin Assistant, or Executive Coordinator role. • Exceptional time management skills and a proven ability to prioritize overlapping tasks without losing attention to detail. • Highly proficient with office software ecosystems (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) and cloud storage platforms (Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive). • Professional verbal and written English communication skills. A warm, welcoming, yet assertive demeanor. • A resourceful "make it happen" mindset—able to handle unexpected office issues or vendor delays calmly and efficiently.
