CRM Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Specialist with expert-level Excel skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data administration and reporting, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Communicate effectively with key departments to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain and enhance the company’s reporting system for accurate KPI, data tracking and analysis. • Manage data administration tasks, including integration, cleansing, processing, and assigning. • Proactively suggest improvements to optimize CRM efficiency and workflows.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills. • 1+ years of experience in the Forex/Fintech industry preferred. • Ability to multitask and handle high-priority tasks efficiently. • Strong analytical thinking, enthusiasm, and persistence in problem-solving. • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. • Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration. • Adaptability to changing processes and future improvements. • High sense of confidentiality and professionalism. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
