IT Infrastructure Specialist

The IT Infrastructure will be responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and data center environments, ensuring system availability, security, performance, and business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks,
  servers, storage, cloud platforms, and data center environments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and support system
  availability, security, and business continuity.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization, upgrades, integrations, and enterprise architecture improvements to
  enhance reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate infrastructure solutions and vendor proposals, prepare technical specifications and cost estimates, and
  provide recommendations for technology investments.
• Maintain technical documentation, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with approved IT policies,
  security standards, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on implementing approved plans, procedures, and
  recommendations related to IT infrastructure.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret infrastructure performance data to prepare reports and support informed decision-
  making.
• Contribute to the design, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions in accordance with
  business requirements, technical standards, and industry’s best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing infrastructure capabilities and future business requirements, identifying
  areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Apply established IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and
  operational requirements.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, investigate issues, and recommend improvements to
  infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Support business and technical data modeling activities to assess infrastructure requirements, identify potential
  risks, and contribute to technology-related decisions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or server management.
  
• Experience working in the FMCG industry, within a multi-site organization is mandatory.
  
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure across head offices, branches, and manufacturing facilities.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
  
• Strong knowledge of network and infrastructure administration.
  
• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization.
  
• Knowledge of IT security, system availability, and business continuity.
  
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and comply with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
  
• Fluent in English.
