MEP Engineer

Job Description: ? Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including vendor management, PPM planning, and coordination with finance for timely payments. ? Coordinate with leasing and fit-out teams to ensure smooth tenant handovers, approvals, and fit-out completion. ? Manage utility account closures and transitions with service providers for tenant move-ins and move-outs. ? Support management in implementing property upgrades to enhance value and tenant experience.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering ? At least 4 years of experience in the same role within shopping malls in UAE, preferably in Dubai Must have extensive knowledge and background in air cooler chillers ? Available to handle emergencies outside of normal working hours
