Program Coordinator

Summary of the role:
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with direct experience selling healthcare programs, medical services, or wellness solutions to patients. In this role, you will be responsible for actively converting prospective patients into enrolled program members, meeting revenue targets, and guiding patients through their care journey. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in face-to-face and consultative medical or healthcare sales, is target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Healthcare Program Sales:

• Proactively engage and convert prospective patients through direct, consultative sales conversations in-person, via phone, WhatsApp, Meta Channels, and email with a clear focus on programme enrolment and revenue generation.
  
• Manage leads and nurture leads through CRM systems to ensure timely communication and conversions.
  
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant services to existing patients.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
  
• Own the full sales cycle from first inquiry to programme sign-up, maintaining a professional and patient-centred approach throughout.
  
• Conduct structured consultations to understand patient needs and clearly present the clinical and financial value of our programmes.
  

2. Program Coordination:

• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow through EMR systems.
  
• Verify insurance eligibility for services and coordinate with clinical teams for both in-person and remote visits (at-home blood tests, pharmacy deliveries, etc).
  
• Facilitating efficient in-clinic patient flow by maintaining clear communication with both patients and clinical staff
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, program progress, and service delivery.
  
• Track and encourage patient adherence to program milestones and follow-up visits.
  

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with patients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive patient experience and retention.
  

4. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and healthcare industry trends.
  
• Confidently articulate the clinical benefits and return on investment of our programmes to drive patient decision-making.
  

Understands, follows and supports all hospital infection control programs

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, management, or a related field.
  
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience in a healthcare, medical, or wellness environment in the UAE, experience in a patient coordination role alone will not be considered.
  
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare setting, with evidence of closed deals or enrolment conversions.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience with CRM, EMR, and insurance systems preferred.
  
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
  
• Professional, adaptable, and patient-focused approach.
  
• Candidates with a background in B2C or consultative sales outside of healthcare will not be considered for this role.
